Yingying has lived and worked all around the world as an entrepreneur, a researcher, a speaker and a strategic consultant on cross-cultural leadership, International Branding and Business Development. Apart from founding Yingfluence,Inc. she is also COO of Skive it, an AI chip company, a Certified Communication Coach and frequently shares her expertise at institutions around the globe such as Power Talks at Women In Tech Festival at Silicon Valley Forum etc. In 2018, Yingying was elected to be an AACYF "30 under 30" Chinese entrepreneur in the US. Most recently, she is the co-producer and host of "How China Works" Podcast show.
Yingfluence,Inc. is a Silicon Valley-based next-gen management consulting platform that applies diversity thinking to train and transform the way professionals connect and lead their brands cross-culturally. Clients include Forbes billionaires and executives from Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Cisco, Founder Space, etc.

Previously in charge of the performing arts programs at Parinama Cultural Development Foundation, a non-profit arts and culture foundation, she currently consults for them on branding, program development and new media initiatives. She also has marketing and public relations experience from Lean in China, Estee Lauder Companies, Edelman, etc.
