Yingying is an entrepreneur, researcher, speaker and strategic consultant. Her company, Yingfluence, provides next generation management consulting and cultural intelligence trainings to executives of Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Forbes’ billionaires. She has, over the years, coached and advised more than 2000 top executives globally. She frequently shares her experiences and expertise through such platforms as Power Talks on Cultural Intelligence at Silicon Valley Forum’s Women held as part of the Tech Festival, AGORA: SCOLAR Vision organized by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Secretariat and by speaking for the MBA program students at the Hult Business School.
In 2018, Yingying was included in the AACYF “30 under 30” list, as one of the most successful young Chinese entrepreneurs. Yingying is also the COO of an AI chip company Skiveit. Moreover, she is a certified Communication Coach at the US leadership development company Own the Room. Recently, she has started producing and hosting the How China Works Podcast Show with an objective of bridging Eastern and Western cultures.
Understanding cultures and mastering communication are not always easy. Yingying’s goal is not only to help training participants overcome the difficulties, she will also aim to teach them how to deal with the obstacles in a professional way.
