She grew up and was educated in Singapore. Tze San joined Esso Singapore (now ExxonMobil) in 1992 and has nearly 30 years of global, commercial and operations experience. She has served in various senior executive roles in the Upstream, Downstream, Chemical and Public & Government Affairs at several locations in Canada, US and China. Tze San was also the Global Head of Procurement for the Downstream and Chemical businesses in Houston, managing ~$20G annual spend with employees across >10 countries.
After spending 11 years in North America, Tze San recently located to Beijing as President of China Gas Marketing – responsible for ExxonMobil’s fast growing LNG business in China. She believes that the key success factors are to build and maintain credibility, and to be helpful while making a positive impact on others. She enjoys mentoring and networking. Tze San is a passionate Inclusion & Diversity advocate with the strong belief that diversity drives the best results.
Tze San was named as one of the top 50 most powerful women in oil and gas by the Diversity and Leadership conference and selected as part of the 2020 Global Female Influencer 275 list by the Women’s Energy Council.
Tze San holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University and Bachelor’s degree from National University of Singapore. She has also attended multiple executive courses at INSEAD Business School, Columbia Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
She has been married to her husband, Wee Chew, for more than twenty years and they have two children – Peng and Voon.
Koh Poh-Yian is the Vice President for China Operations at FedEx Express. As the head of FedEx China Operations, Ms. Koh is responsible for the strategic and tactical Ground and Gateway Operations and various initiatives in China.
Ms. Koh started her career with FedEx in Singapore. In 1994, she moved to China and led the company’s efforts to open the market, shape customs procedures, and support many of the FedEx strategic projects (i.e. Pudong and Guangzhou Hub), network, and service expansion in the country. During her 30 years with FedEx, she developed an impressive breadth of experience from her directorship roles in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing. Her contributions for laying the groundwork for FedEx’s continuous growth in China and the Asia Pacific have been recognized with several awards, among them FedEx’s most prestigious 5-star Award, of which she is an eight-time recipient.
She also holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in conjunction with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Christie is the Managing Director of China Human Resources at FedEX Express (China) company. FedEx Express is a global express company that delivers an average of 13 million packages a day in 220 countries and territories.

Marco Lee currently serves as vice president, sales for FedEx China and has assumed this position since 2006. Lee is responsible for designing and executing both domestic and international business sales plans for FedEx in China. He leads a sales team with over 600 members to establish and maintain sound partnership with the existing and potential customers of FedEx through various domestic and overseas sales initiatives.
Lee joined FedEx as Managing Director for Sales of FedEx China and Middle Asia Pacific division in 1995. He was appointed as managing director for Global Customer Sales of Asia Pacific division in 2000. He became managing director for Sales for FedEx China in 2001 and was promoted to vice president for Sales of Asia Pacific division.
In November 2006, Lee took on the role of vice president, Sales for FedEx China, responsible for developing and executing the strategy of expanding FedEx international and domestic business in the China market.
Lee graduated from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining FedEx, he was the general manager of U-Freight Limited Company based in Hong Kong and Chicago.
Ms. Hu graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor in Chemistry in 1999 and a Master of Analytical Chemistry in 2002.
Ms. Hu joined ExxonMobil in 2002. After taking on various positions in sales and marketing, Ms. Hu was relocated to Singapore, Asia Pacific headquarter, in 2006, responsible for PE market development and product quality. In 2009, she moved back to Shanghai as Area Sales Manager, China Customer Service Manager and General Manager of ExxonMobil Chemical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
In 2014, she was appointed as Vistamaxx Global Product Manager and worked in Singapore.
Ms. Hu moved back to Shanghai as Polyolefin Technology Manager and General Manager of ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Research & Development Co., Ltd. in 2017. In 2021, she assumed her current position as PE North Asia Sales Manager and Chairman of ExxonMobil Chemical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd..
Born in Shanghai, Ms. Huang graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor of Science in Macromolecular Science in 1999 and a Master of Economics in Industrial Economics in 2003.
Ms. Huang joined ExxonMobil Chemical in 2003. After taking on various positions in sales and marketing, Ms. Huang was relocated to Houston, USA, responsible for strategic planning and global manufacturing reliability analysis. In 2013, she was relocated to Singapore and appointed as Alcohol Plant Technical Manager in ExxonMobil Chemical Singapore Plant.
In 2015, Ms. Huang moved back to Shanghai as Asia Pacific PolyOlefins Customer Development Manager. In 2017, she assumed Chairman and General Manager of ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Research & Development Co., Ltd. In 2020, Ms. Huang took her 1st upstream role as China LNG Marketing Development Manager.
Born and raised in Shanghai, Wenqing went to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for undergraduate and master program in Chemical Engineering. Joined ExxonMobil in 2006 starting with technology role for product and application development. After a few commercial positions, he went to Houston headquarter to work as planning manager for global marketing and manufacturing. In 2016, he returned to Shanghai picked regional marketing and technology manager roles for chemical performance products. Currently Wenqing is the Asia Pacific Research and Operation manager located Zizhu high tech industrial park.
