As you identify a real, personally relevant work challenge, we explore how the inside of your B❒X®, your current mindset, limits you. Specifically, we focus on personal aspirations, and how past experiences influence the way you face challenges today. From here, we focus on the future. We'll learn about different ways to become more resilient, and which of these are most suitable for you. You'll then create an actionable commitment to change, helping you to truly become more resilient.
