Martin is a London trained graphic designer with 20 years professional experience in pitching, training, advertising, creative direction, branding, film, and events. He has moved to China more than 13 years ago. Martin is pushing the boundaries of creativity as an artist, videographer and creative director pioneering new approaches to advertising and visual arts. Taking unique influences from the Beijing community, Martin has worked with companies from around the world to develop innovative marketing campaigns. He is also a regular contributor to the ThisCityArt.org, which integrates everyday urban environments directly with their work. His creative studio, Mountains Of Imagination (MoI), specialises in offering presentation consultancy services and delivers projects which are visual, emotive and effective storytelling documents for entrepreneurs, SMEs, social ventures and multinational entertainment brands and fast moving consumer goods services. Martin is also a presentation coach for TEDxBeijing speakers as well as having written and designed presentations for CMOs and regional managers in the automotive industry. The MoI studio’s methodology and processes help guide our clients to clean messages supported with bold visuals, creating memorable spotlight moments and effective project momentum.

In 2002 she arrived in China and left behind a dynamic career in Senior Leadership roles with PepsiCo and Telus Mobility. It was at that point she took the opportunity to re-think her own personal brand, career and true passion.
In 2003 she started her consultancy firm, BOLDMOVES CHINA.
Today her projects expands across Asia Pacific working with and advising global leaders and teams.
She is a PCC certified Executive coach and is often working with leaders on executive presence and personal branding.
Cindy serves as a Director on the board of EGRC (Educating Girls in Rural China), a charity whose efforts focus on providing educational funding to young girls from Gansu Province.
She is a frequent speaker and writer on Leadership topics. She was recently published in the HBR (China Edition) on her research 'China Generational Differences and the Impact on Employee Engagement'.

Justin Kwan graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2006 with a BSB in Entrepreneurial Management. After graduation he moved to China to learn Chinese and explore opportunities. in 2008 he started a tailored clothing label selling in the US market. In 2013 he realized there was a need in China for quality tailored clothing and a styling service so he started Principle M, a men's classical tailored clothing label. Justin has helped over 450 guys create a better personal image with his clothing. This year marks Justin's 10th year in Beijing and he continues to enjoy the challenges as well as opportunities that surround his passion for classical menswear, styling gentlemen and running a business in Beijing.

Amir is a serial entrepreneur, pioneer in transforming businesses digital, TED fellow, founder of two startups in China and Australia, and Co-Founder & Head of Strategy of a startup based in China/US with offices in California, Shanghai, & Taiwan that was funded by Chinese venture capitalists.

Amir`s findings on the digital power in China has made him to an expert in how to use social media, digital marketing/strategy, storytelling in digital, and content management. It has enabled him to start Roberto&Co, "A Community of Passionate and Motivated Entrepreneurs," that has helped over 40 brands in more than 12 industries. His clients and partners include: Adecco, Shanghai Business Review, AmCham, AustCham, Aboro Academy, Manchester Business School, Life-Line, Heart2Heart, Angel Jet Network, among others.

After the M&A of Roberto&Co., Amir transformed LinkedIn branding, helping his clients create online impressions that break rules, attract professionals in any required industry, and call to action to partner, do business, attract VCs, and more.

Amir also acted as a Head of PR at TEDxFuxingPark, “The Biggest Event Organizer of the Year” in Shanghai that welcomed bright minds from over dozens of industries, allowing him to network to change catalysts, thought leaders, and startup communities.

In mid-2016, Amir co-founded the revolutionary project “WonderApp” that attracted a half million USD after a month of its release and noticed among Samurai VCs of Silicon Valley. Hardcore electric vehicle fanatic, softcore motorcycle rider; part electronic engineer, part entrepreneur, and fully passionate about sharing the electric motorcycle experience with new riders.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, entrepreneurship flowed through his veins, sparking a desire to develop something at an early age, which culminated as an auto parts distribution company and customization shop. Influencing customization trends and a youthful market ended with a shift in the auto industry and customer expectations.

Moving to Beijing, China in 2003, he opened his 1st EV venture, Beijing Electric Bike Tours, offering tourists and visitors a chance to experience the city aboard a safe, quiet, environmentally-friendly electric bike.

Beijing has been the epicenter in the ever-expanding EV industry, where it is widely adopted as the main transportation method in China. Experiencing the EV lifestyle firsthand, he was inspired to start Evoke Electric Motorcycles in 2013 where the team designs next generation motorcycles for the next generation of riders.

Shirley So is the co-founder and GM at GLO Kitchen and Fitness based in Beijing with three locations providing healthalicious food and effective workout classes including CrossFit, TRX, Functional Training, Yoga for Athletes, etc. Her mission is to promote an active lifestyle that is fun, accessible and community-centered. Shirley was born in Hefei and moved to Hong Kong when she was four years old. She graduated from McGill
University and studied abroad in France. Her first career was in
auditing at one of the Big Four accounting firms. She was working long hours and partying a lot so she tried yoga to help her deal with stress. Shirley fell in love with yoga ever since and eventually left her Investment Banking job to begin her journey in the fitness and health industry and started a yoga studio in Montreal.

Keely Stanley, a dynamic, multi-dimensional entertainment industry professional, with a track record across multiple platforms, including film, television, and radio. Keely has established herself as an award-winning producer after completing her master’s program in San Francisco where she produced over 20 short films. Her first documentary landed in the Cannes Film Festival leading her to work with established producers and directors from all over the world. After three years of working as a Producer in Los Angeles, she helped develop the feature film GAME TIME for NBC NETWORKS. Keely's passion for producing groundbreaking projects for television, film, music, and digital media is what lead her to China to work for a local television station. Currently, she has lived in Beijing for 3 years and truly enjoys the international lifestyle China brings. Her new hobbies include interior design. She loves a good Sunday shopping for vintage items.
