Are you a young professional looking to get the proper recognition and compensation for your hard work? Whether you are starting a new position at a new company or gunning for a promotion in the next cycle – getting a firm grasp of your professional value is key to managing your career.

Beijing Women's Network is launching a new workshop series focused on applied skills training to help scale your career.
Come join this first mini-series with Laurie O'Donnell, Managing Director of Cornerstone International Group, to learn about what it takes to manage your career, what you need to build "equity" at work and how to communicate it to your boss.

What will you learn?
Examples of the presentation:
  • Greater professional confidence as you learn how to effectively navigate your role, company, and industry
  • Work directly with the speaker to develop a concrete roadmap of your career
  • Learn how to articulate your performance and make your work visible to your boss
Who is this event for?
