Ralph Vigo Koppitz heads Taylor Wessing’s Shanghai office and has been practicing as foreign lawyer in China for almost 20 years. As well as advising on corporate M&A, restructurings and complex joint ventures, he also heads the firm’s China employment, pensions & mobility group. Since 2010, he also honorarily serves as the board member to the German School Shanghai, since 2012 as its chairman.
