京A’S SPRING FEVER SKI BREAK

The first weekend in March we’ll be packing a bus with kegs and returning to Chongli to catch the last snow of the season. We'll be skiing at Thaiwoo, a new resort built for the 2022 Olympics!
50 awesome people will join us for an epic weekend on the mountain including free-flow 京A beer from start to finish!

Tickets (RMB 1700) include:

• Free flow on a selection of 京A beers - pouring on the bus to/from Thaiwoo and at the bar at the base of the mountain
• Ski or snowboard rental for two days, including boots and helmet (ski clothes available to rent for a small extra charge)
• Lift passes for Saturday and Sunday
• A cozy 京A winter hat
• Après-ski dinner & party with free flow 京A beer Saturday night, plus a quick pre-departure dinner Sunday.
• Hotel accommodation Saturday night (2 beds per room, single rooms available by request for a small additional cost)
• Round-trip charter bus from Beijing (with free-flow beer on board!)

Not included: lunch (there's several options at Thaiwoo, including a mid-mountain Austrian restaurant) & any non-beer drinks...

The rough schedule:

SATURDAY

• 7AM – Bus departs from 京A Taproom for Thaiwoo (~2.5 hour ride) *please arrive 15-30 mins before departure to check in. We'll have coffee and donuts for the early birds!
• 10AM – Arrive at Thaiwoo, grab lift passes and ski & snowboard gear at on-site rental shop
• Hit the slopes! Lifts go until 4:30PM
• 6PM – Après-ski dinner at Thaiwoo Brewhouse, right at the base of the mountain.
• 8-11PM – Bus will make multiple trips from the restaurant back to our hotel, so you can choose to get a full night's rest or burn the midnight oil.

SUNDAY

• 8-10AM – Check out of hotel – bus will shuttle people to Thaiwoo Resort twice - once at 8 for those who are up early, and again at 9:30.
• Full day on the mountain - lifts close at 16:30
• ** 3PM Ski & Board Challenges for Prizes **
• 5PM – Return rented gear, grab a quick dinner at Thaiwoo Brewhouse and then head back to Beijing.
