Since his first China experience in 1995, he has established JVs, launched new brands and is now an active investor, Chairman and mentor to more than 20 local Chinese start-ups through his personal private equity company “Dubeta”, with a focus on the consumer-facing tech sector, e.g.: analytics, e-Commerce, education, fashion, recruitment, social CRM.
A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where he majored in corporate governance, risk-management and strategic planning. Oh and he loves flying helicopters
Natalie Roitman
Chief Consultant at New Leaders GroupNatalie is an experienced trainer and consultant with over 13 years’ experience in training and organizational development.She is also currently the Six Seconds Regional Network Director and Six Seconds Master Trainer. In the last 11 years, Natalie has been working in the education and corporate sectors in China, focusing on talent development and assessment.
Natalie has trained thousands of leaders on EQ and Leadership and works to develop EQ trainers and coaches as well as the EQ Network in China. Natalie also has broad experience in cross cultural training, ‘train the trainer’ courses, group facilitation and team building, organizational development consulting and leadership assessment and development.
In 2013 she opened a kindergarten integrating Montessori and Social- Emotional Learning.

Yali Yin
Tax Partner at Deloitte ChinaYali has 18 years of combined US and PRC experience in providing business and tax consulting services to companies including multinational corporations (MNCs), publicly listed companies, pre-IPO companies, as well as state owned enterprises (SOEs). She practiced US tax in California, US from 1997 to 2005 and has accumulated rich experience in serving companies with US operations. Yali joined Deloitte China in 2005 and since then has been providing outbound and inbound investment advisory, pre-IPO tax restructuring, as well as other tax and business consulting services to clients in a variety of industries including technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and education, etc. Yali also provides extensive tax advisory services to high net worth individuals. She is the national leading tax partner for Deloitte China TMT industry and regional leading partner for the firm’s PCS services.
Yali is actively involved in a number of business and professional associations and has been providing tax trainings on various topics to her clients as well as government authorities including Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation, and other tax bureaus.
Yali graduated from University of California, Los Angeles and Peking University. She is an US certified public accountant and member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
