Sam was born in Hong Kong and raised in Sydney, Australia. She has done a whole variety of sports from childhood through to now. First encountered indoor cycling in Hong Kong, she was hooked ever since. A frequent rider of various indoor cycling locations around the world, she has recently become an instructor at GUCYCLE.
