Women In Leadership (hereafter referred to as (WIL) is a non-profit organization first founded in China by female industry leaders and investors. Throughout 2014 WIL organized a series of events, including trips to museums and visits to star enterprises to benefit its membership and allow members to harvest the ideas and ingenuity of industry leaders. WIL looks forward to more wonderful developments in the coming year. The keywords for this year’s charity dinner are “Together,” “Gain,” “Grow,” and “Give.” We hope every guest will have a wonderful, and helpful, night.

Introduction of WIL:
WIL was founded in 2007, and the organization founders are pioneers, CEOs, partners and senior managers from financial industry, investment business, retail trade and other business fields. WIL offers rich and wide social network, in particular, WIL encourages socially responsible women leaders to make more contribution to the society through mutual cooperation.
As a non-profit organization, all funds raised by WIL are used only for organization development. By holding a series of exciting and rewarding activities, WIL provides members with a sharing and co-learning platform where members can have better mutual understanding, communication and cooperation. In addition, members can learn from other leaders in their areas through WIL’s close connection with other organizations and chambers of commerce as well as international projects and conferences.
With the end of year coming, we will have an annual charity dinner party as usual. We will have very important speaker to make the speech, and also we will have the charity bazaar and sweepstakes.
