With 20 years of managerial experience in pharmaceuticals, automotive components, and multinational companies, Anthia has covered various fields including public relations, communications, branding, marketing and corporate social responsibilities. Anthia graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and economics. She also studied in Nottingham University Business School and obtained a master’s degree in business administration (MBA).

Before joining Bayer, Anthia served as the Head of Corporate Communications at Baxter Greater China and the Brand & Communications Director at Delphi Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Anthia has worked in several renowned multinational companies such as ACNielsen, Michelin and Hewlett-Packard. During her work at Michelin, Anthia held positions of brand management in the United Kingdom and Ireland and was responsible for corporate and brand communication in Hong Kong SAR, China.

Marina Kalnitski is a social activist focusing on the empowerment of individuals with disabilities through education, skills development and occupation; she specializes in projects that are focusing on the inclusion of the “other” back into the society. Marina co-manages the first industrial workshop in China which provides respectful and dignified employment for individuals with intellectual and mental impairments. Marina conducts CSR training and is a public speaker raising awareness for the rights of people with disabilities. In addition, Marina is a Disability Equality Facilitator and an Inclusion Consultant for companies and enterprises that wish to become more tolerant, diverse & inclusive. Formerly, Marina coordinated a unique integration program for young adults with intellectual disabilities and later founded and managed a language training center for children with learning disabilities. ***Inclusion Factory is based on the philosophy that people with disabilities can and want to be productive members of society.
