For this special More than a Market "Dinner in the Dark", visually impaired waiters will serve a delectable tailor-made several course dinner by Colca - a Peruvian restaurant by serial restaurateur Eduardo Vargas. The dinner will be held in complete darkness, creating a unique culinary journey. Challenging your taste buds, table manners, and mindset as to how we approach daily tasks.
Rely on trained assistance from our "Dinner in the Dark"- Visual Impairment Awareness Trainers and your fellow table companions until you find your footing. After enjoying your exquisite, yet unique dinner, the founder of Dialouge in the Dark, Shiyin Cai shall conduct a dialogue where we will discuss our experiences. This is an opportunity for building connections with your partners, friends, or team.
