PVS is a leading plastics processor that specializes in the insulation of electric motors and the manufacture of precision blower wheels.

CHEN Yi joined PVS Group in 2010. In 2011 he worked as Project Support Specialist at the headquarters in Germany. He began to focus on the business in China since 2012, when PVS Group tried to enter the Asian market and set up PVS China in Shanghai. Now Mr. Chen is the plant manager of PVS China. In 2018 he was in charge of the site selection for a new plant and visited many industrial parks in Shanghai and surrounding cities, therefore he has a lot of thoughts and experience to share.

Fabian is a team member of JLL China Industrial Team based in Shanghai. He specializes in the investment and leasing of industrial properties in East China, ensuring top service quality for his clients with professional representation on projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and consultancy. For industrial site selection projects he assists foreign companies to navigate the many State and Provincial level Industrial Parks for their investment and expansion within China.

Prior to his role in JLL, Fabian worked in Shanghai and Taicang for the German Centre for Industry and Trade. He was responsible for the establishment of the new German Centre in Taicang and later for the operations including leasing and customer service. In addition, Fabian co-ordinated with the Taicang Roundtable (TRT) to support its foreign member companies to find synergies and develop strategic projects. Fabian has worked with a wide range of international, especially German clients with his German background.

experience in auditing, accounting and tax consulting services. Prior to working for ECOVIS Ruide, she was an
auditor with an internationally renowned accounting firm for more than 5 years.
Ms. Connie CAI has provided consulting services to hundreds of WFOEs, joint-ventures, representative offices
as well as individual expatriates. In the past, she has provided FDD reports to several large foreign-invested
manufactory companies for M&A transactions. She also provided consulting services of registration for foreigninvested companies, supported daily bookkeeping and tax service.
Ms. Connie CAI participated the EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Program (METP) – an
intergovernmental cooperation project between the EU and China and has accumulated a rigorous basis for
cooperation with Europe.
