Alvaro Montoya
Co-Founder of AkkaduAlvaro is a Telecommunications Engineer and MBA "almost" graduated from Tsinghua University, co-founder of Akkadu. A live translation platform for events and conferences. Akkadu was created at Tsinghua university and currently is incubated at Tsinghua-Xlab Accelerator.
Jonathan Rechtman
Co-Founder of Cadence TranslateJonathan Rechtman is a Chinese-English conference interpreter and a co-founder of Cadence Translate, a tech-enabled language solutions company dedicated to serving cross-border financial institutions. He holds a graduate degree in Conference Interpretation Studies from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and is certified by the E.U. Directorate General of Interpretation and the U.S. State Department's Office of Language Services. He has interpreted for world leaders, finance ministers, central bankers, and senior economists at forums such as the World Economic Forum, APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting, and the International Finance Forum. He served as the lead translation vendor for China Development Bank, and previously worked in-house at a cross-border investment bank.
Jonathan is a venture partner at iAsk Capital; an advisor to Teja Ventures; a mentor at Chinaccelerator and the Schwarzman Scholars program; an alumni of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum; and a visiting instructor at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, the University of Ottawa, and the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing (UIBE).

CEO of ColourfulCloudsYuan Xingyuan, is the Founder and CEO ColorfulClouds Tech., an AI-powered startup which offers machine translation and minute-to-minute weather forecast services to the public and companies. After graduating from Shandong University of Science and Technology, he worked at Alibaba as an Algorithmic Project Manager before founding his own company in 2014. Since April 2014, they have developed ColorfulClouds Weather (彩云天气) and LingoCloud (彩云小译) which have benefited hundreds of millions of people through smartphone apps and API platforms. Xingyuan has a keen eye for implementing AI technologies to benefit society and his research papers on neural networks have been presented at top international conferences. Last but not least, Xingyuan is a core member and former Chairman of LEAD (Let Education Achieve Dreams), a grassroots volunteer organization focused on providing volunteer education opportunities for migrant children.
