Christmas "swEAT for Charity" Fundraiser

Join the Beijing Women's Network for our last fundraising event of the year - swEAT for Charity! This event is open to all genders.

The Hatchery (Arcade), The Cage and Basefit have generously sponsored part of our activities. Angel from Basefit will be organizing a sweat session: mini bootcamp series held in the gym The Cage, followed by an awesome lunch next door, catered at Hatchery by the lovely chef Simone!

AGENDA:

11am-12pm - Bootcamp Workout with Angel. He will arrange a series of partner workouts, with a winning prize for the most impressive sweaty team! The mini challenge will cater to all fitness levels, you will be partnered up to complete some fun games.

12:30-2pm - Christmas Lunch at Hatchery. There are 2 ticket options, one including alcohol and one without. There will be raffle prizes and a secret Santa gift exchange to celebrate the season of giving!

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards our charity partner of the year Xixi Garden. Increase your impact by bringing a friend or make an extra donation at the event. Read more about the charity below and download the attached document for more information.

Tickets for the swEAT session and the Christmas lunch can be purchased as a package or bought separately in case you can only come to 1 part of our event.

PROCEEDS SUPPORT OUR 2018 CHARITY PARTNER- XIXI GARDEN

Most students in China receive no education on sex or healthy relationships, making vulnerability to sexual assault a widespread public issue. This is particularly true among China's migrant communities, in which there is an above-average incidence of sexual assault and abuse each year.

Xixi Garden's objective is to empower migrant children with necessary knowledge, skills, and values for healthy development and positive social relations. Xixi Garden delivers a comprehensive sex and relationship curriculum in schools and community centers with large populations of migrant workers, including providing sex education training to teachers, students, and parents.

By purchasing an event ticket, or making a DONATION via the new donation ticket option, you will be supporting community workshops, enabling XiXi Garden to expand to additional migrant schools and communities.
