Jennie is currently the HR Director at Ipsos, one of the world’s leading independent market research companies, managing thousands of employees. She has previously held positions as Thomson Reuters and TNT. Jennie also possesses a PMP certificate in Project Management and a Greenbelt of Six Sigma.

Ms. LIU has over 10 years of banking and investment experience in top tier firm in mainland China. She practiced extensively in pre-IPO investment, industry fund, cross-border investment, and equity management, representing clients from real state, energy, advanced manufacturing, retailing, and TMT industries.Her focus lies in value creation, innovation, and technology commercialization. Ms. LIU received a bachelors degree in chemical engineering and a masters degree in financial engineering from Tianjin University, and a joint program MBA degree from Ecole des Pont ParisTech and Solvay Brussel School in Europe. She was also a speaker at the European Union to advocate innovation mindset in European schools.

Born to a family of Sierra Leonean Creators and Innovators in London, Miatta has over 10 years of unique media publishing experience. From the Media Publishing Edgware Road, in London, to the Social Enterprise Chinese Belt and Road, in Beijing. She has valued her dynamic two years in Beijing and has recently graduated with an MBA from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management.

After working in five internships, and special projects with Chinese companies like JD.COM, Baidu and iQIYI, she has also worked as the Business Development Manager for China's first ever Africa Week (https://www.kenteandsilk.com/africa-week-beijing-2018). Now Co-Founder of Kente & Silk, she is excited about producing more quality Partnerships that will bridge better business, and cultural understanding in Africa-China relations.
Miatta is also the Team Lead of Ladies Who Tech Beijing Chapter.

Tom Zhang (Director of Public Policy Research at Meituan)

Previously, Tom was with Uber Asia to help build up its China Government Relations Team in China Mainland from 2014 and spearheaded many policy influential projects which to some extend, safeguarded Uber's disruptive business operations in China. After merger with DiDi, Tom was transferred to Uber HK to lead company's lobbying efforts in HK, Macao and Taiwan. Tom was also short-termly with P&G after 8 years service in Ministry of Commerce of Chinese National Government.
Tom joined MBA program in George Mason University from 2011-2013.

Tom is now leading Metituan's public policy efforts in China and participating many crucial legislative process which affect China's internet industry.
