From 2003 to 2008, Olivier was a VP of Ashoka, launching its France and UK operations, creating the global Ashoka Support Network and advising its Full Economic Citizenship Initiative. He was a senior partner at McKinsey for 18 years in Europe, the US and Asia. At age 23, he founded TER, a consulting firm serving French public sector clients. Olivier is a board member of two multi-billion Euros companies and non-profits, including GAIN until April 2013. Olivier graduated from HEC in 1979.

He received PhD from University of Hohenheim in 2008, Germany. From an academic background, he works interdisciplinarily and has a broad range of interest and expertise in social innovation (in rural-urban context), entrepreneurial and development finance and effective partnerships. He is the (co)author of more than 30 articles in peer reviewed journals of the above field and actively involved in policy advocacy and business consultancy. He combines a strong capacity of conceptual thinking, strategical orientation and operational implementation. He is a professor at the Northwest Agriculture & Forest University and teaches at several institutions.

Ms. Hui LING is in charge of YouChange’s Secretariat and oversee the entire operation of the foundation. She is also deeply involved in the incubation of platforms, such as CASVI (China Alliance of Social Value Investment), Warm for China ( A micro donation platform), Sinovator, China Social Entrepreneur Stars, and China Pro Bono Foundation. She has 13 years of experience in non-profit programs and foundation management. She held two master degrees, MBA from UIBE and Master in Corporate Social Responsibility from Nottingham University ICCSR. She was appointed as the social organization expert by Ministry of Civil Affairs - Poverty Alleviation Leading Office, and also received title of China Poverty Alleviation Evaluator.

Born in 1960s, Mr. Wang Zhanyi was indigenously brought up in Inner Mongolia. Having graduated from Inner Mongolia University, Mr. Wang Zhanyi spent nearly 25 years from 1992 to 2017 working in Xinhua News Agency and was eventually promoted to the position of Deputy Director of the Inner Mongolia Branch of Xinhua News Agency. Since last June, Mr. Wang has started his career in Elion Foundation as its executive director and a member of its board of directors, which is as equal as Vice-President of Elion Resources Group.

Yi started the social enterprise Laotu in 2016 at the University of Chicago. Laotu uses storytelling to promote rural sutainable development and leading green lifestyles. Laotu focuses on cultural and eudcational fields to promote Chinese special rural-urban environmentalism and has been working on UABB 2018-2019, multiple national parks, and Tenth Anniversary of Wenchuan Earthquake. Yi got master degree from the UChicago Social Sciences and BA of History and Environmental Analysis from the Claremont McKenna College. Yi is the awardee of Youth Champion of the Earth China Chapter, Homward Bound Global Women Leadership member, and Shenzhen City 2018 Ten Oustanding Youth. Yi is also a documentary filmmaker and curator.

Miaoqing graduated from Free University of Berlin in Germany with a master's degree in Chinese education.. She commenced her employment at Youcheng foundation since 2011. She planned and implemented a number of innovative poverty alleviation projects, such as Little Eagle Project, Evergreen program, Double Teachers' Teaching, One Classroom and the Green Pepper Project. She has supervised and administered such projects as Philanthropy Carnival, Action Plan for Poverty Alleviation Volunteers, Poverty Alleviation through Ecommerce, Startup Cafe, Yizhi and Cadillac Special Fund. In 2016, she co-launched the Beijing Pro Bono Volunteer Foundation. At present, she is devoted to social innovation governance, research and development of innovative poverty alleviation projects and marketing works for global influence of innovative public welfare in China.

Naeeda is an expert in green investment and development. She works as intermittent Project lead / Policy Analyst for the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate, where she is leading work on development banks and green investment. She has published several policy papers and reports on development finance and green growth, including as lead author on the recent OECD report ‘Making Blended Finance Work for the SDGs’, the finance chapter in OECD’s flagship report from 2017 ‘Investing in Climate, Investing in Growth’, and 'Rethinking development finance for climate' a chapter in a forthcoming OECD / World Bank / UNEP report 'Financing Climate Futures'. Prior to her policy work, Naeeda worked for an Asian Development Bank-run programme designing climate change mitigation projects in the transport sector in Mekong countries, and for a research consultancy in the UK

Prior to joining UBS, Hyde worked as an equity analyst at AllianceBernstein and CLSA, covering the Asian technology sector, and as an associate at IDG Venture, focusing on early stage venture capital investment in the internet and digital media industry. Before his career in financial services, Hyde had considerable experiences in the management consulting and IT hardware industry, and held various positions across Asia Pacific, including as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as a project manager at Dell Inc. and AsusTek Computer.

Hyde holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, and is also a graduate of National Taiwan University with both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering. Hyde is a CFA charterholder.

Enkhzul is a social entrepreneur, an Amazon author, an ex-government official, and a creative achiever. She has founded the first Mongolian-based international business association "Doing Business in Asia Alliance" which is rapidly expanding and already has presence in five cities: Phnom Penh, Kathmandu, Manila, Hong Kong and Ulaanbaatar.
She has also founded and run an NGO turned LLC "Educated Space", and educational consultant targeted at personal and business growth. One of the largest achievements of her educational institution is organizing Mongolia's first Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, in cooperation with Zorig Foundation, in October 2017. Since then, she has been developing a platform with other local and international organizations such as UNDP Mongolia and Portuguese IES - Social Business School in inculcating social entrepreneurship in Mongolia and in Asia.

After a number of years working in Switzerland and Kyrgyzstan for various companies in the agricultural sector, Juerg joined Nestlé in 2001.
As the Agriculture Service Manager in Pakistan. After that, he was 3 years in India and 5 years at the Nestle Head Office in Switzerland.
Since 2013, Juerg join with Nestle in China, in charge of Agriculture Services for Nestle GCR. His main responsibilities are sourcing of fresh milk in North East of China, purchasing green coffee in Yunnan, developing suppliers of agricultural raw materials such as cereals, fruits, vegetables, eggs, sugar, peanuts, etc. for the 35 factories of Nestle in GCR.
Mr. Juerg graduate from the Swiss College of Agriculture and has a Master of Business Administration from Warwick University, UK.
