CTO at GIMI本人2000年毕业于天津大学机械电子工程专业，2000年至2016年8月期间，就职于四川长虹电器股份有限公司，在电视及软件领域拥有近20年研发和管理经验，拥有CRT、PDP、LCD、DLP等多种显示系统完整设计经验，在智能终端软硬件系统架构、信号&图像处理技术、端到端软件平台等方面都有很深行业沉淀和多项技术突破，主持或参与成果曾获得中国优秀专利奖一项、四川省科技进步奖三项、绵阳市科学技术进步奖一项。从2014后全面负责公司电视业务软件方向工作，包括技术研发和平台规划，国内、海外及衍生业务线的软件研发及近200人研发团队的管理，并荣获长虹公司2015年杰出贡献奖。
2016年9月，本人加入成都市极米科技有限公司，担任CTO，全面负责极米产品技术架构设计、技术方向制定和研发管理，同时分管极米互联网运营方向工作。加入后，梳理构建了覆盖ID、硬件、结构、终端、后台研发的极米研发中心，从无到有打造了系统平台、AI算法、热设计、画质调教等多个专业团队和能力，为公司倍速增长提供了强劲动力，研发中心顺利通过2018年四川省级研发中心评定。同期快速构建了极米互联网产品研发及运营能力，运营收入今年破千万已快速成为支撑极米发展的“硬件”、“光学”、”互联网运营“三驾马车之一。

Fabien Martin
Co-Founder of We-+Currently living in Chengdu, China, I recently co-founded We-+, a WeChat Mini-Program (小程序) development company. I also co-founded TechSketch, a Singaporean startup aiming to provide business intelligence for investors in South East Asia.
I am focusing on the tech ecosystem, software development and data science specifically in China and South East Asia. As a regular learner on various e-learning platforms, I believe in constant learning to be ahead of constantly changing technologies.
Coming from a management background, I developed strong interest in Finance in university that then led me to work in Venture Capital in Malaysia. And thanks to my exchange semester in Tsinghua University (清华大学经管学院), I deepened my understanding of Chinese culture and its tech scene. Erik Ackner
Program Director of StartupbootcampErik is an experienced entrepreneur, event organizer and startup community builder from Germany, based in China since 2010. He is helping China's startup community and ecosystem to thrive and connect with the rest of the world. Erik is doing so in three ways: firstly by starting his own businesses (UrTurn: event agency, SHIFT: LOHAS community, Startup Generation: entrepreneurship thinktank); secondly by representing and organizing global startup events and communities such as Startup Grind, Startup Weekend, Slush and Fuckup Nights in China; and lastly by running startup acceleration programs at Startupbootcamp. At SBC, Erik is responsible to scale local and international tech startups in China where I assist with business development, connecting and advice.
Being a creative entrepreneur and community builder from Germany, Erik have a MA double-degree in Chinese-European Business and Economy from both Germany (Berlin School of Economics and Law) and China (South-Western University of Finance and Law) and focused since 2010 on studies, communities and business in China.

Andrew Ma
CEO of LemoChainAndrew is a college tennis champion and mountain bike free-rider, never lacking the passion for making achievements. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Andrew has years of experience as a product manager and engineer with companies such as Qualcomm’s GWT, QUICKY which is a unicorn startup in the United States as well as SENORLD, the world’s first wearable device that uses Zigbee technology.
But now his focus is on Blockchain and building products that have the potential to break rules and change the world.
He also worked as a hardware development engineer at Qualcomm’s GWT company and as a project manager at QUIRKY, a unicorn startup in the United States. Additionally he founded SENORLD LLC in New York City to design and develop the world’s first wearable device that uses Zigbee technology.
Andrew Ma is co-founder and CEO of LemoChain, a decentralized, open-source platform for B2B data circulation built on blockchain technology. He has founded companies in various industries, including remote sensing, wearable devices, social networks and education.
Being a college tennis Champion & mountain bike free-rider, I never lack the passion for making achievement. I have years of experience as a PM and Engineer but now focus more on BlockChain and building products that have potential to break rules and change the world. I've had worked closely with both management and product development team, gained years of high-tech industry experience in China and the U.S.
Lixu Shanshan
Founder of 3EWomen Business SchoolAs founder of Bosslady Book Club and 3EWomen Business School, LiXu Shanshan is an active entrepreneur in culture and education. As part of her work and mission, she organised over 90 reading events in Chengdu from 2015 till now. This helped her to better understand the position and value of the platforms she has started.
