The art of influence or persuasion is a powerful and necessary tool in organizational life. Mastering the art of influence is a powerful tool in ensuring one's success within the organization.
Most importantly is that we need to become aware of when are we influenced by the people around ourselves, our peers, who do we want to influence and why.
We were discussing previously about peer pressure . Are there similarities between the two?
Do you feel the peer pressure from your parents , friends or colleagues? Or do you think they influence your decisions ? If so, how does that affect the choices that you make and who do you become?
Let's find out together with our 4 wonderful panelists coming from different backgrounds more about what influence and peer pressure are,how to influence others and few tips to gain confidence to influence the peers around ourselves.
