Rainer Becker is German and has an Aeronautics degree from Technical University of Aachen as well as an add-on business degree from the ‘International Management- Fellowship-Programme’ of Collège des Ingénieurs (CDI) in Paris, France.
Before joining BYTON, he worked for companies such as Daimler AG, Mitsubishi Motors Corp., and General Motors. As the CEO of car2go China, a subsidiary of Daimler AG, he and his team launched the first free-floating car sharing system in Asia, in Chongqing in 2016.
With more than 15 years of experience in management in the automotive and mobility industry, Rainer Becker is an expert in the field of new mobility concepts and has published numbers of articles about the future of mobility and the impact on the way we will live and move.

Martina Suter started her professional career in the largest research center for natural and engineering sciences within Switzerland followed by 2 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical production.
She joined Swisslog in 1996. In the headquarters in Switzerland, Martina Suter was leading Marketing of the Central Europe Region for several years. Later she built and established Technology Marketing globally as well as Product Management. As part of interdisciplinary product development teams she was focusing on all aspects of communication from industrial design to promotion by using a variety of instruments like digital products in a broad range of channels for best-in-class warehousing automation.
Since June 2015 Martina Suter is based in Shanghai. In her role as Business Development Manager she leveraged the business and warehousing solution development for the Pharma industry in APAC and is actively developing new markets. As Head of Marketing APAC for the KUKA division Logistics Automation (Swisslog) she is part of the global strategic marketing team and contributes to the evolution of new communication instruments and tools next to leading the operative divisional marketing teams in China, South East Asia and Australia.
Martina Suter holds a Masters degree in Marketing Services and Management by the University of Lucerne, Switzerland and is certified in Systemic Coaching by the International Coach Federation.

Evelyn is currently General Manager of UNICEPTA’s office in Shanghai. UNICEPTA is one of the world’s leading international media intelligence companies, providing digital consulting, media monitoring, media analysis, research services and strategic communication consulting.

Rosanna Terminio is a consultant, contributor and lecturer specialising in innovation and strategy for the organization, as well as human resources strategist. Originally from Italy, after a few years working in Spain she moved to China in 2008 as a General Manager for AsecorpChina, of which she became the part-owner in 2011. In 2012 she jointly developed AsecorpChina/ZhongDao, a division dedicated to Organizations and Human Resources strategy for the Chinese market. She gives lectures about Doing Business in China and HR Management in different Management Schools and Universities in Europe and China and participates, with pro-bono consulting, to different CSR activities. As an Independent researcher, she recently published an academic paper with regard to the impact of Robotics and AI in the working environment. The paper has been selected for three international conferences held in 2018 in Austria, Spain and China. Rosanna is certified as an Executive Coach (ICC) and LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She provides career coaching to different level of professionals that are willing to take the next step in their careers.

Dr. Winkler joined the German Chamber in 2016 and worked initially as project manager Social Responsibility and was responsible for the More than a Market initiative. On 17th October 2016, Dr. Sigrid Winkler (温哥乐) was appointed executive chamber manager at the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai. Dr. Winkler holds a PhD in political science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese studies from Vienna University. Before joining the Chamber, she was head of office of the Austrian Academic Exchange Agency OeAD in Shanghai. Previously, Dr. Winkler managed international business development projects in China and Eastern Europe for Business Upper Austria, the economic agency of the regional government of Upper Austria. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on EU-China relations, and since 2002, she has been regularly coming back to China for shorter and longer-term stays.
