"While leaders have always had to understand personality differences and manage how people interact with one another, as globalization transform the way we work, we now need the ability to decode cultural differences in order to work effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues around the world," writes Erin Meyer, author of The Culture Map.

The ability to manage cross-cultural teams has become a vital skill in the global marketplace. Not only can an understanding of cultural diversity help managers better unite their teams, it can also help teams

develop unparalleled innovation and new problem-solving perspectives that are far more effective than a culturally homogenous team.

In this 3-hour interactive workshop, our facilitator Phek and her team will be facilitating various activities and conversations to help you understand how to raise your cultural awareness, equip you with basic knowledge/skills of different cultural orientation, and help you develop confidence in leading & managing cross-cultural teams.

What will you get out of this event?
