Workshop Machine Building & Plant Construction: "The Change to Digitalization in Marketing in Mechanical Engineering Industry in China"

After graduating in Business Process and Project Management with core competence in Marketing from University at the Fachhochschule in Vorarlberg, Austria in 1999, Mr. Oliver Lorenz was dedicated to the advertising industry and started at Montfort Werbung in Austria as a Project Manager for Events.
With the whole process from planning to the execution of industrial trade shows, mainly in North and South America and Southern Europe, including set-up and on-site coordination, he acquired his core competency within Event Management. In 2003, he showed his excellent leading skills while being the central contact for Montfort’s US-office. His main responsibilities were to build up new potential markets and marketing strategies and the acquisition of new clients while selecting core teams for each respective client.
In 2005, Mr. Lorenz’ next step took him to take charge of the Asian operations for the expanding Montfort Advertising Group and to found the Asian Headquarter in Shanghai. He is now leading a multinational team of 15 high-professionals, creating and executing Full-service B2B Marketing and across all Asian regions and binding long-term clients for Montfort.
With the startup of the ORDERFOX AG in 2017, Mr. Lorenz is now fulfilling a double role as the CEO of Montfort Shanghai and Head of Market Asia for the online platform ORDERFOX.com.
