Chrislyn Choo
Chrislyn Choo is an unapologetic student of story. A US-born filmmaker, photographer, and writer, she amplifies global migration journeys, from artists addressing displacement in Colombia, to tracing her own family’s roots in Malaysia and China. Combining journalism with neuroscience, she has crafted Emmy-winning marketing videos and social media campaigns for StoryDriven, STORY Conference, and the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival. In partnership with Migration Media, Chrislyn is now documenting the Neo-diaspora to spark intergenerational conversations around cultural narratives we inherit, protect, and create anew.
