Wang Yanguo, male, Liaoning native, has a graduate degree, and serves as a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Party Secretary and the Chairman of Presidium of the China International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector. Mr. Jeffers Miruka is the President and Founder member of the African Society of Association Executives (AfSAE). AfSAE is a pan-African professional community of association executives formed in 2015 to serve as the professional society for those within the Association Management profession in Africa. Mr. Miruka is also the Executive Director of the African Association of Agricultural Economists (AAAE), a Nairobi based association of agricultural and development economists with over 3000 members spread globally. Mr. Miruka has over 14 years combined experience in association management and Business Events – meetings, conventions, exhibitions, incentives, corporate, associations, intergovernmental, nonprofits. Hiroyuki Nagai is Under Secretary of the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH), a non-profit and non-governmental organization based in Tokyo, Japan, in which 180 ports and harbors, mainly port authorities and terminal operators and some 140 port-related businesses in 90 countries are represented.
Recognized as the only international organization representing the voice of the world port industry, IAPH is granted Consultative Status as Non-governmental Organization (NGO) from five United Nations (UN) specialized agencies including IMO (International Maritime Organization).
Since joining the Association in 1984, Hiroyuki Nagai has travelled extensively to meet with port managers and directors across the world and to organize and manage numerous conferences for the Association. His chief responsibility has been to coordinate the entire process of planning, managing and executing a successful conference in close cooperation with all stakeholders involved: host port, conference organizing company, speakers, etc. While it is a big challenge to organize a conference attended by 600 to 700 people on an annual basis, he loves this painstaking project starting from scratch and enjoys the process itself as a learning and rewarding experience.
Hiroyuki has worked extensively with reputable port authorities throughout the world, including London, Barcelona, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Miami, Shanghai, Los Angeles, Houston, Sydney, etc. IAPH will meet in Guangzhou, China in May 2019 for IAPH World Ports Conference.
At home, Hiroyuki is responsible for planning and coordinating the Association’s information and publication services, including writing articles for in-house publications, developing and maintaining the website and social media channels.
Hiroyuki enjoys his work for IAPH, helping world ports leaders to come together united for exchanging information and experience on an efficient and sustainable port management and operations and for sharing best practice. He takes pride in his work – building a bridge of fraternity and cooperation between ports and harbors in the world.
He earned his B.A. in commerce (1978) from Tokyo International University. Prior to his work with IAPH, he was an English instructor teaching English and cross-cultural communication to adults at several institutions.

Mr. Octavio ‘Bobby’ Peralta, Filipino, has over 27 years of experience as an association executive and a long-standing member of and contributor to the Washington, D.C.-based American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Advocating for the continuing professionalization of association managers and leaders in the Philippines, he is the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of the Philippine Council of Associations and Association Executives (PCAAE), the “association of associations” in the country. PCAAE enjoys the support of the Tourism Promotions Board, the Philippine International Convention Center, and the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP).
In this capacity, he initiated, at the inaugural Great Ideas Asia-Pacific Conference of the ASAE in Hong Kong in March 2015, the formation of the Asia-Pacific Federation of Association Organizations (APFAO) comprising of same-purposed national federation of associations in Australia, South Korea and the Philippines.
Mr. Peralta is also presently the Secretary General of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), the focal point of 106 development banks and other financial institutions engaged in sustainable development financing in 39 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region. He is also currently the Secretary General of the World Federation of Development Finance Institutions (WFDFI), the umbrella organization of 328 development banks in 154 countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Born in Xiangyin County, Hunan Province in 1964;
He graduated from Hunan University in 1983 and stayed to work at the university. He served as the Director of Propaganda of the Youth League Committee of Hunan University and the Secretary of Staff and Workers League Committee, etc., successively. In 1988, he graduated from the Social Sciences Department of Tsinghua University and received the second bachelor’s degree in law. He went to the newly established Hainan Province as head of Hainan Institute of Reform and Development Information Department.
In September 1992, he went into business. In 2008, he was nominated as a social figure for 30 years of reform and opening up in China. In 2009, he was named "100 famous people in Huxiang culture", and was defined as "founder of Hunan business culture" and "activist of chamber of commerce" by the cultural and media circles.
In June 2014, he participated in the launch of “the first China Chamber of Commerce Leaders Forum.

In the 40 years' career in pen manufacturing industry, she has learned and accumulated a certain amount of knowledge and experience in the aspects of management, technology and process, etc. in the pen manufacturing industry.
