Yanyie Tran (Co-Founder & Marketing Director of FEIY)

Yanyie Tran

Co-Founder & Marketing Director of FEIY

Yanyie was born and raised in Germany with parents from Malaysia and Vietnam, but Chinese origins. She grew up between the German and Asian culture and moved to Shanghai more than 5 years ago, working in the event industry. First year she was working in a big event agency organizing big shows for Luxury brands. Then she worked for several years in an interactive experience company, creating interactive installations for Brands like Nike, Porsche, etc. September last year, she finally made a decision to quit her job and pursue her calling in social entrepreneurship and joined FEIY. Now juggling between her freelance jobs and FEIY, she finds every time possible to dedicate to FEIY to make it China’s leading platform to inspire, connect and transform social dreamers into actors. The reasons, she chose this path was her early desire of seeking for something more meaningful. Part is; knowing where her parents come from to allow her the opportunities to achieve what she has today. And part is after working years in a tough and challenging industry, she always felt that she was missing a bigger purpose. Being part of FEIY gives her the purpose to pursuit the contribution she wants to make in this world.
