She joined Hong Kong Science and Technology Corporation (HKSTP) on March 26, 2018 as the Chief Commercial Officer. In this capacity, she provides leadership in the areas of developing international and Mainland partnership and collaboration, formulating strategy and initiatives to attract key companies with leading technologies, building and maintaining networks with universities, industries, professional organizations and technology providers to achieve synergy of R&D collaboration and development of talent pool.

Joining Orange for more than 9 years, he is currently in charge of CSR and Supplier Relationship Management for Orange Group in Asian region. One of the key responsibilities is to ensure and secure sustainable supply chain for the Group. Before that, he has been engaged in various procurement projects in Orange.

Dr. Zhang Xubiao, has worked for the International Labour Organization since 2007 as National Programme Manager of Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE), He cooperated with governments, employer organizations and trade unions to promote business sustainable development in China.



As a young expert worked on social transformation, Xubiao was invited to participate high level consultation and dialogue on employment and social security. He also cooperated with many international organizations to improve sustainability in global supply chain.

Johnny Kwan studied in Imperial College London from 1975 to 1979, and obtained his MSC.(Eng) in Technology & Development, DIC Diploma in Social & Economic Studies and BSC (Hon.) in Chemical Engineering; a veteran in the chemical Industry for 35 years working in ExxonMobil and BASF. He joined BASF in 1996 and was appointed as Chairman of BASF Greater China in 2004. In 2015, after his retirement from BASF, he founded ‘Bee Associates’ with the main focus to serve local industry to attain sustainable solutions.
Over the last decade, he was dedicated to promote sustainability in China’s chemical industry and a wider community through various business networks. He had served as Board Member of China Business Council for Sustainable Development (CBCSD), Chairman of Association of International Chemical Manufacturers (AICM), Chairman of China GoldenBee CSR Council, Member of National Energy Policy Experts Committee, Vice Chairman of the ‘China Chemical Industry News’ Council, Board Member of the East China University of Science and Technology, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (SAEFI). He was honored with the ‘Outstanding entrepreneurs’ by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, the ‘Magnolia Awards’ by the Shanghai Municipal Government。

His career path took him into both the private and public sectors. An economist by training, with degrees from North America, France and Germany, his forte lies in innovation technologies and management of international R&D.



Since February 2014, Antoine Mynard is head of the CNRS Beijing office based at the French Embassy in China. His mission relates to the development of R&D co-operative activities of the French Nat. Center for Scientific research in China (CNRS). CNRS is making up 70% of the sino-French co-publications and has similarities with Chinese CAS.
