Lead Architect at SANI+partnersFrancesco Sani was born in 1978 and graduated in Architecture at Florence University in 2003 and attended an high specialization course in bioclimatic architecture and a specialization course at POLI.Design Consorzio Polytechnic of Milan. After graduation, he started his professional career in 2005 opening his personal office and starting to work both as Architect and Designer. He works on designing private and public spaces (like show-room, retails, clubs and exhibition spaces) and industrial products especially in lighting and furniture. Today Francesco Sani is Visiting Professor at Jiangsu College of Information Technology (China) and Lead Architect of SANI+partners studio with offices in Italy, China, Hong Kong and Oman working and teaching in many different places over Europe and Asia.
Xiaojing Huang
Strategy Director of YANG DESIGNXiaojing studied in Guangzhou and Berlin from design experts and has rich experience in product strategy, user study, service design, brand DNA and trend studies.
Winner of Red Dot Design Award, IDEA and Design for Asia Silver Award. Writer of China Design Trends Report, Lifestyle Aesthetic Business Trend Report, China Home Trend Report, China Sub-culture Lifestyle Report, Ageing Design Trends Report, and design column writer magazines including MD. Xiaojing is has also graced many design events such as TEDx, Color Marketing Group, Zoom Smart Cities, CareShow and Seimofest as a speaker and judge. She has also attained the Most Influential Person Award by Linkedin.
As a strategic director of YANG Design, the most forward-looking design consultancy in China, Xiaojing has been leading the strategic team to build the UX Lab, CMF Lab and Service Design Lab, defining design strategy to realise business value for companies in different development stages. Her clients consists of leading brands such as Boeing, BMW, GM, Toyata, Honda, Nissan Hyundai, KIA, Samsung, Fujitsu, BOSE, Schneider Electric, Hitachi and Unilever.
