at 7am every Saturday and Sunday in Hongqiao for your 1 hour of warmup stretches and HIIT activity
Where: Green Valley Villas at 999 Jian He Road in Hongqiao District (turn left as you enter the gates of the compound)
Don't forget to bring: Water Gloves & your yoga mat
There's even a playground for the kids to use while you workout!
