Celina Chew is the President of the Bayer Group in Greater China. In 1997, she joined the Bayer Greater China, Legal Department and was Head of Legal for Bayer in Greater China until 2011. In this period, Celina was part of the Bayer Greater China Leadership. She then became Country Group Head for Bayer in the North ASEAN Region, responsible for Bayer’s operations in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, until 2014 when she took up her current role.
Celina is interested in building bridges to China’s local innovation capabilities, including through Bayer’s start-up incubator program (like Grants4Apps), digital health communities (such as STEM4Health) and social entrepreneurship initiatives (Grants4Impact). Celina likes connecting ideas, people and cultures. She is also honored to be named in the Forbes China Top 100 Businesswomen in China Lists for 2017 and 2018.

Jan (y-ah-n) runs the world's largest entrepreneur community (Startup Grind) in China and APAC. He works with some of the brightest and most passionate startup community builders in around 60 cities in APAC. Over the last 12 months, under Jan's leadership, Startup Grind community in China has more than quadrupled (4x) to 16+ active cities hosting regular events and impacting the innovation landscape in China and beyond.

Previously, Jan helped launch a venture for Rocket Internet (a company that incubated and invested in 100+ companies with the valuation exceeding $15B) and built an online business while still in college (successfully exited).

He's currently based in Shenzhen and works effortlessly to help build a bridge between China and the rest of the world.

I'm passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation. I have the chance to approach innovation through many angles: being APAC innovation director at FABERNOVEL, co-founding the startup 礼好吗 Lihaoma which was selected to Chinaccelerator Batch 11.

I'm trying to support entrepreneurs through co-creating The Concept Lab Founder Training Program, being a lean startup coach, as well as mentoring and advising entrepreneurs.

I was entrusted with leading Shanghai University's global entrepreneurship program and teaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Jiaotong university. I am deeply involved in communities as Co-Director of Startup Grind Shanghai and Vice President of IPWS. I have lived in China for 8 years and have HSK5.

William Hoang (Founder of Axiom6AI)

William Hoang is a seasoned developer experienced in building software and engineering teams. Along with over 16 years of instructor and mentoring in technical functions, William now leads the effort of Axiom6AI. 
Before starting Axiom6AI, William worked as a Developer Advocate on the Mobile Engineering and the Developer Relations team at Couchbase. His love for coffee and code has transcended him into the world of mobile applications while appreciating the offline in-person experiences. 
Prior, William was a team lead and worked on Developer Relations team over at Twitter, BlackBerry, and Microsoft. William also worked on location-based applications as a Software Embedded GPS engineer at Research In Motion on the Operating Systems group.
 
William graduated from McGill University in Electrical & Software Engineering and attended Harvard University in Computer Science and has spoken at various technology conferences including: GDC, Droidcon NYC & Montreal, Mobileweek NYC, AnDevCon Boston, PAX Seattle, Full Stack Conf, O'Reilly Fluent, Tectonic Summit and technology meetups in various cities.
