Did you know that there is more than one type of job interview? As our job market becomes more competitive, employers are introducing up to 6 new types of interview techniques each year to better identify the candidates they want to hire.

One of the most popular ones is behavior interviews which are intensive, story-driven interviews that use your past behavior as determinants of your future competencies. If you’ve never been in a behavioral interview before or feel unprepared for one, make sure you join us on March 31st to learn how to "Nail Your Job Interview."

Not only have we invited Malcolm Nerva, an internationally renowned facilitator, and coach to introduce you to the various types of interviews, he’ll also walk you through an intense, interactive workshop designed to help you identify your strength and weaknesses and prepare you for your next behavioral interview!
What will you get out of the event?
  • Work directly with Malcolm Nerva, an internationally renowned facilitator and coach that has worked with companies like BMW, Boston Consulting Group, Cisco, Goldman Sachs, and Lenovo
  • Develop an understanding of the various different types of job interviews
  • Learn how to identify your own competencies, strengths, and weaknesses
  • Experience a hands-on, guided workshop that will prepare for behavioral interviews in various different industries

Who is this event for?
This event is open to everyone that is interested in learning about other types of interview formats and are eager to improve their interview skills. There are no restrictions on age, gender, or nationality. But the session is limited to 20 participants so please sign up ASAP!
