Athena takes care of external relations at Shunfeng Innovation Center based in Hangzhou, there she manages partnership with global leading institutions, overseas incubators and accelerators, and VCs. She is also the Director of Operations of Shanghai Xuqi Intelligence Inc since Oct 2017. She spent 3 years in the states from 2014 to 2017, took her master program and ran an incubator in Boston. Before went to U.S., Athena worked in China and Europe for 10 years as program manager, key account manager and marketing manager in IT manufacturers and automation marketing company. She was advisor to Hult Business Challenge program, and she is in the executive team of TechX Queen, a community for women entrepreneurs. Athena has a solid understanding of entrepreneurship, business plan, partnership, mentorship, marketing, and supply chain.

She used to serve for TTG Asia, the leading publisher and organiser of events in travel and tourism in the Asia Pacific region. From then, she connected with prominent MICE professionals in the region. She joined CITSMICE to produce one-stop event service for world TOP 500 corporate clients.

After her graduation from college, she worked as foreign-affairs representative in a local CVB for more than eight years. She was excellent at government protocol, city branding, mega event planning, marketing, etc. As the designated consecutive interpreter, she witnessed successful partnerships between government and NGOs to stage a world-class Expo in Hangzhou.
