In the 1st half of the career I worked on site to serve various project in the different sub-segment of the heavy duty industry & continue the TS managing work in the 2nd half of the time. In the meantime, I represented TS China for Hempel group meeting on the updating TS working procedures & workflow in 2006~2008, included of the tangible TS concept. Hence we have initiated the practices of Int. & Ext. invoicing 10 years ago. Today it’s big challenge for the paint stakeholder on the price competition & efficiency, so we need to seek any possible opportunity for the further development. I think it could be the time to bring the concept to the field, which I will share for.
