陈绍杰,1942年生于吉林省长春市,中共党员。1966年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学航空工程系飞机设计专业,现任沈阳飞机设计研究所研究员。毕业后长期从事飞机结构设计和先进复合材料发展研究工作,其间1984~1985年曾在美国波音飞机公司工作。40多年来先后参加过歼八、歼十一等多个型号的研制工作。自1970年进入先进复合材料发展研究,主持并参加过多个复合材料系统工程及前沿课题的发展研究工作。主持了国内某型机第一个复合材料尾翼、第一个复合材料机翼的研制。主编了国内第一本《复合材料设计手册》,奠定了国内复合材料设计的理论基础和工程基础,主编了《复合材料结构修理指南》等10多本译著,国内外先后发表论文、报告150多篇。因工作成果显著多次立功受奖,计有国家科技进步奖二等奖一项、国家光华基金奖一项、部级一等科技进步奖两项、二等科技进步奖六项、三等科技进步奖三项、部级型号及预研二等功两次、三等功一次,1993年始享受政府特殊津贴。
2011年获著名国际复合材料组织JEC颁发的亚洲终身成就奖【A Live Achievement Award】,这是对我40多年来复合材料工作成就的承认和肯定。中国迄今为止只我一人获此殊荣。现任中国复合材料学会常务理事,国际 SAMPE 学会会员,受聘为北京航空航天大学、西北工业大学、大连理工大学、东北大学等七所院校的兼职教授。近年退休后仍在原单位返聘工作多年,主持并参加多项前沿课题的研究工作。完全退休后主要精力已转向民用复合材料产品的开发研究工作,从事咨询、顾问和讲学交流等工作,并担任十多家公司、企业的技术专家顾问。已为国内复合材料产事业的发展做出了应有的贡献,现仍在为复合材料产事业的发展竭尽绵帛,努力拼搏工作。
