There comes a point in almost everyone’s career where we sit back and think, “Is this what I want to be doing with my life?” When the answer is “no” or even “I don’t know”, we are left with a choice.
Often it isn’t about choosing between one option or another – the truth is, making adjustments in our careers opens the door to a whole host of choices, and this can make us feel paralyzed or even intimidated to make any change at all.
Join the Beijing Women’s Network and JingJobs Professional Development Series for a session on “Navigating Career Transitions”.
The event will feature a speaker panel that offers a wide range of experience from different career tracks.
A few of the areas we expect to cover include:
• “Should I go to grad school?”
• “Should I try to find a new job?”
• “Is now the time to change career tracks entirely?”
• “Should I transition to a new role at my current company?”
• “I want to be my own boss. Should I launch my own company?”
• “Should I just drop everything and travel?”
