Based in Beijing, Enoch is a social entrepreneur and founded BEARAPY (www.bearapy.me) to reduce burnout and mental health issues in the community through helping adults access their inner playfulness. Enoch’s unique approach blends the power of playfulness – creativity, stress management, and self-awareness – into her consulting and facilitation work.



Enoch’s work with companies and executives on mental health and wellness issues stem from her own experience in burnout and clinical depression. She has helped thousands of people around the world through her play workshops, talks, and free ebook on communicating with depressed people, raising awareness in the society on mental wellbeing. She is frequently invited to speak to companies on topics of burnout, resilience, and playfulness. Enoch continues to develop her research and theories in the psychology of playfulness, and has been featured in TEDx, Forbes, South China Morning Post, Thrive Global, Women of China, and CGTN.



Enoch also has expertise in using psychodynamic techniques for organizational change, leadership development, and improved team performance.

Jackie is the founder of finmai, a software company that is passionate about helping companies grow through better financial insights, scalable tools and knowledge sharing.

In a previous life, she served as CFO of two NASDAQ-listed technology companies. She got her start as a portfolio manager in the bay area before experiencing the whirlwind life inside a hedge fund.

Jingjing is the co-host and producer of “Wo Men”, a podcast that discusses topics and share stories and views about lives in China from the inside. A communications professional with over a decade of experience, by day she is director of international communications at Toutiao.

Jingjing loves to observe and think. Born and raised by a traditional "red" family, she spent five years in the UK wrestling and debating with the ideologies she grew up believing in. A major in radio journalism at university, she loves discovering and listening to people’s stories from all walks of life and sharing them across the airwaves.

Jingjing and her husband met at work four years ago and have been married for a year and a half. They see respect and support for each other’s passions, and regular hours-long chats about the big and small things in life, as the key to a strong and happy relationship.

She earned her Coaching Certification from World Coach Institute. Understanding that your thoughts lead to your decisions, and your decisions create your destiny, Carnisa uses emotional awareness to help her clients challenge thoughts and beliefs that are keeping them from the life they want. Her coaching process assist clients with clarifying their intentions and purpose in life. She is passionate about helping healthy relationships because she realizes that your relationships effect every area of your life, including health, finances, and your work environment.

Carnisa has authored two books, Think Your Way to a Better Marriage and 5 Ways to Conquer Fear. She wrote her first book, Think Your Way... after experiencing one of the most difficult times in her life and marriage. The tools and strategies in this book is how she overcame that time. Now, she teaches these tools and strategies in private coaching sessions and in workshops to help others live a more fulfilled life.

Carnisa and her husband, Andre have learned to overcome some major obstacles of marriage. It’s their support for each other’s dreams that keeps this couple focused, motivated, and happy.

He has advised the world’s most iconic fashion and luxury brands on their China entry, expansion and retail store strategies and also advises on mall planning, travel retail, e-commerce and brand development.

Tim is a regular speaker and media commentator on the China retail sector. His articles have been featured on The Business of Fashion, Fashion & Mash, Tech in Asia, Technode, Mao Suit and the Journal of Australia-China Affairs.

Dominic is the founder and creative director of Plastered 8 a creative street ware brand that creates endless pop artwork that they Plaster on creative apparel and the walls of restaurants and hotels and bars all over Beijing.

Dominic is also a TV presenter he hosted Vintage Hunter for Fox traveling the whole meeting the madness of people who collect vintage all over the world, his latest show “Season of China” Dominic travelled 24 destinations all over China in 11 months to document the 24 solar terms.

Dominic and his wife Laura have 4 daughters and have both lived in Beijing for over 20 years. With armies of women at work and home Dominic has been inspired to living a truly beautiful life.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, AJ Warner is married to an amazing wife and has two sons 13 and 10 who are fluent in English and Chinese.

Over the past 13 years working in Beijing, AJ started an education consulting firm, Touchdown, ranked among the best in China and today serve as the Chapter President of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) for Beijing. He is launching a new podcast (Business2English) that combines business and English learning for Chinese business professionals.
