Recently, the labor law policy changes frequently. The legal document, "Measures for Economic Compensation for Violation and Termination of Labor Contracts", was abolished. Tianjin high people's court has issued "The Guide to the Trial of Labor Disputes in Tianjin Court". And the Tianjin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has issued" The Notice of Tianjin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Adjusting the Jurisdiction of Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration" and "The Provision on Delivery of Arbitration Documents of Labor and Personnel Disputes in Tianjin". Then, the office of Tianjin Housing Accumulation Funds Management Committee has issued "The Notice of the Office of the Tianjin Housing Accumulation Funds Management Committee on the Policies Concerning the Housing Accumulation Funds for Foreigners Working in Tianjin". How should enterprises adjust the employment management under the new policies? According to the new specific provisions of the new Cyber Security Law, the lawyer will interpret how enterprises can maintain a balance between the requirement of management and the protection of individual information and privacy under the new policies. And how should HR to achieve the protection of individual information and privacy in the merging process of enterprises?
