Mr. Ralph Koppitz is the chief representative of the Taylor Wessing Shanghai Office. He advises German and international companies and organizations related to their business transactions in China. This includes corporate aspects of foreign direct investment, M&A (share and asset deal acquisitions, mergers of foreign invested enterprises, equity transfers), restructuring and liquidation. He heads the employment and pension practice of the firm’s China Group.

Ms. Miriam Wickertsheim is a Director at Direct HR Group, where she leads the China-focused Specialist Recruitment Service Provider with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen called Direct HR as well as the Groups Assessment brand OD-Tools®. She holds a double degree in Business Economics and Asian Studies and has been living and working in China for almost 13 years. After more than eight years in Beijing, she has in Summer 2013 relocated to Shanghai. Miriam has nearly 8 years of recruitment experience and supports mainly German speaking SME's with their mid to senior level hiring needs in here in China. She speaks German, English and Chinese.
