He advises German and international companies and organizations related to their business transactions in China. This includes corporate aspects of foreign direct investment, M&A (share and asset deal acquisitions, mergers of foreign invested enterprises, equity transfers), restructuring and liquidation. He heads the employment and pension practice of the firm’s China Group.

She holds a double degree in Business Economics and Asian Studies and has been living and working in China for almost 13 years.
