Vivien is a strong intercultural communicator with specialized knowledge in business in China. She has extended experience in relationship management and sales functions across industries such as – hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare and professional services. Before joining Celemi AB as an Account Manager and Facilitator, she headed the Business Development & Training department of a HR company focusing on SMEs.
Vivien has been living in Shanghai since 2014 and has engaged with the community as a speaker at the German Chamber of Commerce and as a guest lecturer at Tongji University. Vivien chairs the board of the GC Young Leaders chapter/ Wirtschafts Junioren, here in Shanghai and occasionally, shares her knowledge about rhetoric, public speaking, interpersonal communication, negotiation and emotional intelligence at other community events. In 2016, she started a program called “The graceful negotiator”, helping especially women to become more confident to stand and speak up for themselves, negotiate for what the deserve.

Michael Hauge serves as Founder and Partner of LearningLeaders, a Hong Kong and Shanghaibased consulting firm specializing in professional skills training and lifelong educational services. At LearningLeaders, he designs and leads custom workshops and seminars that empower executives and their teams to engage and interact with greater confidence and cross-cultural understanding, ultimately leading to improved business outcomes. Additionally, he manages long-term strategy and partner relationships for the company.

Previously to founding LearningLeaders, Mr. Hauge worked with the team at Crimson Investment, an international private equity firm specializing in middle-market leveraged buyouts, growth capital financing, and cross-border execution strategies. At Crimson, the bulk of his responsibilities were to develop and implement market expansion programs within Asia for Crimson’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Crimson, Mr. Hauge worked at AAC Technologies, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company and a global-leading mobile acoustic component designer and manufacturer. At AAC he reported directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, leading analysis of acquisition and partnership opportunities in the mobile
technology sector.

In addition to his current work at LearningLeaders, Mr. Hauge is also a Venture Partner at Onlan
Capital Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Hong Kong. OCV provides funding and guidance to early-stage entrepreneurs, with a focus on the mobile technology and education
industries. Mr. Hauge is also a board member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Shanghai
chapter, serving as the EO Accelerator co-chair, helping mentoring younger entrepreneurs reach their goals.

Mr. Hauge is an active member of the Deerfield Academy, Dartmouth College, and Fudan
University Alumni networks. Mr. Hauge graduated from Dartmouth in three years, majoring in
Economics and Asian Studies, as well as competing on the Varsity Squash team and serving as
the President of the Dartmouth Society of Investment and Economics. Upon graduation, the
Chinese government awarded him a scholarship to study at Fudan University.

Yael Farjun, an Israeli entrepreneur, living and working in Shanghai for the past 8 years, is a graduate of double major in Asia studies and political science from Haifa University. Yael moved to Shanghai in 2010 for a short term project and decided to stay and start her own business - a travel agency turned to an online travel platform ChinaClickGo.com. New to entrepreneurship and to building and running a company, she needed to quickly learn the right habits to succeed in this competitive industry.
