Norbert Reichert is VP HR Asia Pacific of the ZF Group. Since 2015 he is based with the ZF Asia Pacific Headquarter in Shanghai, and also leads a global change management team concerning the HR integration activities between ZF and TRW Automotive. Prior to this role, he managed the global HR strategies from the group headquarters in Germany and the North America Operations.
