Marina is a social activist focusing on the empowerment of individuals with disabilities through education, skills development and occupation; she is specializing in projects that are focusing on the inclusion of the "other" back into the society.
Marina is co-managing the first industrial workshop in China which provides respectful and dignified employment for intellectually and mentally challenged individuals.
In addition, she initiated and has been leading the Social Inclusion Academy [SIA] - a full 3 months training program for the certification of qualified Job Coaches who will lead the social integration of challenged individuals into china’s work force.
Formerly, Marina coordinated a unique integration program for young adults with intellectual disabilities, later on, founded and managed a Language training center for children with learning disabilities.

Inclusion Factory is based on the philosophy that people with disabilities can and want to be productive members of society. They specialize in working with intellectually challenged individuals in a professional working environment.

Rolf H. Koehler is the Advisory Director at Fiducia Management Consultants (Shanghai) Ltd. and a board member of the German Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Koehler is the co-leader of the Business and Society Workshop and further acts as an executive coach. He previously worked as a General Manager at Freudenberg Management (Shanghai) Co.Ltd. Outside of work Mr. Koehler is very active in philanthropy and led school reconstruction and support projects after the Sichuan earthquake with Freudenberg Help e.V. and coordinated/maintained a long-term project to support the Ke De Bao Elementary School of Sichuan.

As examples, Caroline is Sustainability Ambassador since 2012, she enjoys work life flexibility and loves to participate to volunteering projects in her personal life and working life. With Henkel, Caroline joined a Musical show during 2 years for charity foundation in 2010 & 11 and this year a Habitat for humanity project in Shanghai as volunteer. She also organizes a Tennis competition in 2016 & 2017 for Mifanmama in Shanghai and Solidarity Shanghai Association.

Master of Social Service Management in Hong Kong Polytechnic University; National secondary qualification of psychological counseling.
Wang provided counseling services in the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008 and established the “Hand in Hand” in the same year. Wang spares no efforts to promote hospice care for families in need.
