Mr. Chenfeng Shen is General Manager of GBK Co., Ltd. Global Regulatory Compliance in Shanghai, China. He is M. Eng. of Environmental Protection and Dipl. Eng. of Chemical Engineering. Mr. Shen has been an employee by GBK since 2013 and gives Seminars about Chinese chemical Regulations. Mr. Shen also advises companies in variety of industries regarding the topics “Dangerous goods Transport “, “Hazards chemical” and the requirements for exporting chemical products.

Björn Noll

Managing Director of GBK GmbH global regulatory compliance

Mr. Björn Noll is managing partner of GBK Global Regulatory Compliance in Ingelheim and Shanghai. He has been engaged with dangerous goods logistics and international chemicals law for over 20 years. As EU hazardous goods officer he has all the necessary qualifications for all modes of transport. In addition, Mr. Noll is Vice Chairman and spokesman of the Division of dangerous goods of the VDSI and member of various working groups (VCI, GGTV). He has published several articles on topics from the hazardous material and dangerous goods in all known specialist printer as an author.

Jinhe Chen

Mr. Jinhe Chen is the head of Hazchem Registration, which belongs to National Registration Center for Chemicals(NRCC), State Administration of Work Safety in China.
He has been working for NRCC (National Registration Center for Chemicals) SAWS after graduation from a medical college. He focuses on studying hazardous chemical regulations and standards, especially about chemical registration, GHS classification and hazard communication etc. He presides over “List of hazardous chemicals for priority management”, national standard “Phrase and Codification of Chemical Hazard Statements”, “Handbook of hazardous chemicals catalogue” (which will be published soon by Chemical Industry press), and participated in the compilation of “Hazardous chemicals catalogue”, “Guidelines for the implementation of hazardous chemicals catalogue”, AQ3047, GB17519 etc.
