After starting her career as a lawyer in the UK, she turned to Human Resources because of her love of working and interacting with people. This led her to obtaining qualifications in coaching (executive coaching and emotional intelligence coaching) and mediations.
Ush has over 12 years’ experience working for a range of large private sector companies as well as government agencies. She has a vast knowledge of Industrial Relations having worked in blue collar, unionised industries.
Ush now take great pride in collaborating with small to medium businesses, including startups, across various industry verticals. Ush’s goal is to help business owners that do not have an internal HR resource by providing a tailored outsourced HR approach to ensure that all the people related needs of a business are met with the right solution – creating the right fit.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Paul von Wittgenstein was the Executive Director of a business skills development organization. He has worked with government and industry in identifying training and development needs, developing and facilitating training and coaching/mentoring programs. Now working with many top German companies in Asia, Paul is an experienced instructional designer and master corporate trainer who has been living and working in China (training and coaching) since 1998. From 2006-2017 he has helped over 300 multinational companies with various skills improvement and talent development programs.
