Join us at the entrance of Jing'An Temple on West Nanjing Road for a 7K run to the Bund that includes three different sets of Tabata workouts! As usual end on the Bund, take pictures and make our way back home from there.
When: Thursdays 5am
Meeting Point: Entrance of Jing'An Temple on West Nanjing Road
Details: We leave at 5AM SHARP! We have 5 different stations between Jing'An Temple and the Bund:
1. Jing'An Temple: Warm-up 2: From Jing'An Temple to Station 1: Workout #1 (2.41 km) 3. From Station 1 to Station 2: Workout #2 (1.19 km) 4. From Station 2 to Station 3: Workout#3 (1.5 km) 5. From Station 3 to the Bund: Stretching + Pictures (2km)
Total: 7.1 kms
Bring: PACK LIGHT! Water, gloves and subway card in case you'd like to take the metro back home from the Bund. We usually Mobike/Ofo back.
NOTE: Although we always keep our groups together, we ask you to be realistic about your own physical capabilities before registering. Running 7+ kilometers isn’t easy, let alone combined with two sets of workouts.
