Yolanda is a self-made passionate entrepreneurial professional with 20 year’s experience in management-consulting, business development, company infrastructure implementation. Most recently, she has become CEO/Founder at CBA Consulting – a one stop service consultancy service.
Yolanda attended Xian Jiantong University, majoring in professional accounting that enabled her to work and improve her professional qualifications in several industries. These industries include Steel, Food Production, Logistics, Consulting and more.
In 2003 she enrolled to study MBA at the University of Kent, UK where she deepened her skills in Marketing and Finance.
Starting 2005, upon her return, Yolanda challenged herself by becoming a consultant and pioneered to join Dezan Shira & Associates Shanghai office.
There, she became a senior consultant in accounting related issues and supervised Shanghai office Bookkeeping procedures, having spent over a quarter of a decade with a company.
Fully understanding of all pitfalls, as well as advantages and disadvantages, having required professional networking in 2012, Yolanda was invited to become CEO at Shanghai Quiet Wise Business Consulting LTD on a contract basis.
Having understood her advantages, benefits, Yolanda utilized great networking along with opportunities that Shanghai has to offer. In 2014, Yolanda started her own company that served hundreds of clients from over 40+ countries and 20+ industries to understand China, work in China and work with Chinese.

Zach Lichtblau is a law graduate of Tel Aviv University and an Asian business studies graduate of the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. Having worked as a lawyer in Shanghai since 2005, he joined Bonnard Lawson as a local partner in 2010. Julia Polyakova is Account Manager with FESCO Adecco Human Resource Services in China. With several years of recruitment and HR experience, Julia specializes in HR solutions for multinational companies and SMEs.
