The participants tickets include all 7 meals from Friday evening to Sunday evening. Come early, refill some energy before the action! Meanwhile, talk to the other participants, look for your potential partners of the rest of the weekend!

If you are shy, don't worry, in this session you'll receive a lot of enthusiasm!
- Intro of the event + Half baked
Carefully listen to the intro and the rules of the event, so that you will know how to win. If you don't have an idea or too shy to be on the stage, don't worry. Innovation and public speech are all games, like "Half Baked".
- 1 minute Idea pitch
Spontaneous or sophisticated, an idea is a good idea.
- Idea market + Vote
Sell your idea to all the participants, ask them to vote for you, so that you can verify your idea in the weekend! if you didn't pitch an idea, vote for the ones you like!
- Team up + get your working area
The best 8-10 ideas get to form their teams. Choose your partners carefully. You want the members compliment your ability and agree with your value proposition.

Whether your product is good or not, it's up to the customers. Learn about the methods of customer validation, avoid common mistakes that will give you false feedbacks.

Time to go out! You will need to iterate your product according to the information you collected from the customers!

Each team will have 1 minute to review their work of the day

Learn about the logic and structure of a pitch and the soft skills.
- Prepare slides for your pitch

Each team will rehearse their pitches in front of 3 mentors in a separate meeting room. This is the last chance you will receive guidance and do some final adjustments.
- Tech check
Each team will check the laptop they use for the pitch, in case any accident happens.
