Bonnie has over 20 years of working experience in cross-cultural environment, including 12 years as HR professional in China Branch of renown multinational corporations that enjoy worldwide leading position in chemical and shipping industries. Her work there was mostly involved in design and execution of projects concerning leadership development and deployment, change management, employee engagement, learning management, and performance management.
Prior to her engagement in HR field, Bonnie was responsible for general business operation at an NGO with sponsorship from European Commission, supporting hundreds of enterprises from China and various countries in Europe to explore win-win collaboration possibilities.
She also worked as a university teacher. Bonnie holds a Master’s degree of English Language from Ji Nan University. Lucy has over 20 years of HR experiences. She has worked in Audi, Saint-Gobain, GM, Delphi, CEIBS, Michelin, NIO,in both Sales & Marketing, HR function, she is now a freelance consultant and advisor. In her 25 years HR experiences, she has leading a lot of organization development program including company cultural building, change management, and she has been building a very strong HR team and HR system such as Staffing, Strategic Workforce Planning, Compensation and Benefit, Succession Planning, Training and Development and Organization Development.
She also lead a lot of leadership development programs and helped managers to grow by teaching, mentoring and coaching. Lucy got her MBTI® certificate in 2010; she is certified to explain a number of global talent assessment tools including Harrison Assessments, DISC, Hogan, and PDP. Being the Ext. Coach for senior leaders by collaborating with CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), she worked with over 400 leaders by explaining them the 360 degree report, the various assessment report, opened them up, followed them and helped them to grow in the past 10 years .
She accumulated lots of hand on experiences in leadership development and coaching expertise, she is a passionate, empathetic, influential coach and facilitator. Lucy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalian University of technology in Dalian, China and EMBA degree in CEIBS.
