Virginia Tan is the co-founder and president of Lean In China, co-founder of She Loves Tech, and she is also the founding partner of Teja Ventures, Asia's first gender lens venture capital fund, which targets early stage women impact companies. She has worked for 2 magic circle firms. She moved to Beijing in 2013 to work on strategic investments related to the "One Belt One Road" initiative on behalf of Chinese state owned companies and financial institutions.
Ms. Han is the Senior Vice President of Tus-Holdings as well as the Chairman and General Manager of TusStar Shanghai incubator. In her role, she has led the global expansion of TusStar in more then 20 countries and set up 6 TusStar incubators and investment fund in Shanghai, serving over 2000 startups and 800 innovation activities in the past three years. Ms. Han is also the Deputy of the 12th National Women Congress, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Industrial Innovation Association, and Deputy Director of HLAB.
Ruby Lv is Co-founder of Impact Hub Shanghai. She contributes her time to impact hub shanghai and influences public and social change to make positive change for a better world. Now, she is leading the impact fund for hub startups and also the initiator of Social Impact Investing Roundtable. Ms. Lv is also a Marketing Director at SynTao and she holds extensive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consulting and Social Responsibility Investment (SRI) research for almost ten years.

Prior to joining Zhenfund, she was an associate consultant in Boston Consulting Group, where she specialized in Financial service, Principle investment, TMT and Consumer Goods practice areas. She has participated in multiple deals in Internet finance and Artificial Intelligence industries.

Within Microsoft, he leads the effort to scale up the business for some of the best and most innovative startups in China by providing unprecedented access to top Microsoft partners and customers, venture capitalists, and technical knowledge. He has helped his portfolio companies raising hundred of million dollars and increased their valuation more than 280% in average to 10+ billion dollars.
As head of the newly created China Business Innovation & Investment office for Shiseido, Carol is helping to shape the next phase of transformation for the company.
