Gao Xiang is currently the vice president of the New Energy Vehicle Research Institute of EV100, and he is the person in charge of the "Project of Auto Supply Chain Improvement" jointly initiated by the EV100 and CQC. Graduated from Tsinghua University, once served as the director of Tesla China's public policy and charging infrastructure, created a public policy and charging team, and was selected as a member of the "Fifth Compulsory Product Certification (CCC) Technical Expert Group" by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration .
